Having worked in several large organizations herself, Rachel spent countless hours in meetings and experienced firsthand how internal communication often lacks imagination. Naturally creative, Rachel began searching for ways to align people in a way that sparked energy and inspiration. She found her answer in drawing: by making things visible, colleagues felt seen, heard, and understood. The demand for her illustrations grew so much that she founded House of Imagination. Now, together with a team, she helps organizations break patterns, think visually, and shift from simply informing to truly inspiring.k.
